This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit the public Zambia Financial Services Directory (ZFSD) website. You can browse the directory and Insights pages without creating an account or signing in.

The directory is operated in connection with the GREENTech4CE programme and the EU–Zambia Global Gateway partnership, with support from Self Help Africa and the Bankers Association of Zambia. For privacy enquiries, contact zambia@selfhelpafrica.org.

When you visit the public website, we may collect limited information such as:

Privacy practices of listed institutions and of external websites linked from listings are governed by those organisations' own policies, not this one.
